Monday at My Home

Happy Monday my Luvs! I hope you had an amazing weekend with loved ones, watching the super bowl, and loosening your jeans for all the junk food!
So sorry I am such a tease but ever since I saw these amazing orange lamps I have been obsessed! I found a pair of hideous lamps at Goodwill this weekend and made it my mission to transform them.

I am so bummed that I did not take a before pic, chalk it up to my constant impatience! But here is a during picture. My generous Dad let me paint them in his shop. They aren't the color that they look like in this picture, they are a true orange.

I don't have a sofa table yet so I am using some T.V. trays with magazines and books to make them higher. Definitely a temporary fix.

Here's my sweet Evelette. "Um, Mom I am trying to watch leap frog!"

She kept on saying "Go ni night Mama?!" so I let her watch a show this morning, to tide her over till her afternoon nap. Such a treat!
