Monday at My Home

I am not really sure what happened but we had a super duper crazy busy weekend!
Richard had to work for my Dad using his GPS equipment (from Richard's work) to help him lay out rows for a new blueberry field that they are putting in. So we were out at the farm Friday evening and most of Saturday morning. While he was working outside I was working on a new rug for our family room inside. Richard had picked this rug up from Ikea, which several other bloggers have already painted including this one which I LOVE!

Here's what our diy process looked like.

We also got a new roman shade from the Home Depot. Hoping that it will keep our house a little cooler this summer.

And yes that's Evelette sitting in our Badai (her favorite spot to sit and play or read while we are getting ready. ;)

We spent the whole rest of the weekend in our yard. We had a list of about 15 things to do and we finished most of it! Unfortunaletly I can hardly walk this morning. lol
Have a great Monday my Luvs!
