I am a major snuggle bug but because I am a warm blooded person I don't get much snuggle time in the summer! Isn't this fireplace crazy fun?

4. Hot soup and hot coffee.
I am obsessed with hot soup. It is the best comfort food! This soup is off the Pioneer Woman's site. It's carrot and squash curry soup and it looks delish!
Hot coffee is also a must for me. Iced coffee is nice once in a blue moon but I would much rather sip and savor a hot cup!

Fall is definitely my favorite time of the year...it means boots, football, and holidays around the corner!

im am also looking forward to autumn so i can wear my jackets and boots and snuggle!!! the only problem i have with autumn is that winter is next :( i should seriously board myself up in the house during winter ... it makes me grouchy.

No! I'm not ready! I'm still soaking up as much sunshine as I can. Though I must admit, I was shopping the other day and tried on a big comfy sweater and it felt sooo good. Fall certainly has it's charms.
totally agree friend! Especially with this silly Portland "summer" we've had. makes me so sad. hopefully september and october are still nice though so we can at least get the appropriate amount of Vitiamin D!!!

The Fall is my favorite too. I have cuter fall clothes, I love the cool breeze that keeps the humidity away from my hair, and I get inspired to cuddle up in a chair and read. The picture of the fireplace is just magic. I must get one for my dream home!
I usually love fall the most, but here in Portland we have had such a cool summer that I am still craving some heat! Also - I have made that carrot and squash soup before and it is delicious!!!

oh i am in SO NOT a rush for fall/winter! - i LOVE spring/summer the best - but i DO enjoy the snuggaling up by the fire and cozyness of winter - but i'll still take summer over winter! .. BUT i want all 4 seasons too!
You won't have to wait too much...it's right around the corner...I am a summer baby, so I love a sunny day...but since I live in California my winters and falls are pretty much sunny ...yay.

I have decided that I have a Fall house! Everything in my house looks better with Fall decore. I don't want summer to end but I am slightly looking forward to fall too :)
I hate the fall (and winter) sorry to say!! But I do LOVE The Pioneer Woman!! Have you tried making any of her recipes?! If you haven't you should, everything I have tried cooking off of her website/cookbook is AMAZING! Healthy? Not so much, but definitely good comfort food!
Enjoying the summer now.. afraid of when it will end but at least you make me not worry so much about the fall now. What a fantastic fireplace by the way:)

I couldn't agree more! I typically LOVE the summer and the sunshine but I am ready for this summer to end to much cooler temperatures and definitely some holiday cheer!!!

I also love fall! That's the great thing about living in beautiful Oregon is our different seasons. Even though I will miss these summer days, I do look forward to all of these things you listed.
