Valentines at home Part 1

I am so excited to share this three part series with you guys! I wanted to give ideas on how to celebrate Valentines day without spending a lot of money or even leaving the house!

For my first idea I am sharing a super simple Valentines breakfast that will sure to please the WHOLE family! All you need is pancake mix, red food coloring, a couple of squirt bottles, and some hungry tummies!

To make the pancake mix, all you do is add water to this Krusteaz pancake mix and then add just enough red food coloring to make it pink, add a little at a time to achieve the desired pink color. Then make another small batch of regular colored pancake mix. Put both colors of pancake mix into each bottle. Then either on a griddle or just on a stove top pan squirt your cute valentines designs on low heat. You can outline with one color and color in with the other or vice versa. It's a good idea to do it on low heat so you can take your time with the designs and also so your colors don't brown.

Then decorate your table with some cute flowers and candies and viola! A super simple and totally fun Valentines breakfast that will make memories for years to come!
