Saint Richard

My family and I like to call my husband "Saint Richard" because he pretty much is putting up with me!

We spent 3 hours on Thursday night sanding all the cabinets (we decided to do it the old fashioned way). On Friday night we spent another 3 or so hours taping and prepping for paint as well as another couple hours this morning. After we were prepped, Evie and I left for Papa to do the painting. We bought a spray gun at Lowes and it worked fairly well but there are definite drip marks in places. We will wait until tomorrow so it will dry completely and then lightly sand the drip marks. Richard was able to get 1 coat of primer on and 1 coat of regular paint on today. We will do another coat or two tommorrow.
So all in all we are hoping to finish tomorrow at least with the painting. We will most likely have to do a little more light sanding and paint touch up which I will be able to do myself and give Saint Richard a break!
Richard, Thank you so much for all your hard work, I love you so much!

BTW did I mention our kitchen was looking more like a clean room where someone might be operating on a body? lol I hope this project won't be the last of us!
