We ate fresh strawberries, grapes, and yummy eggs with bread and bacon. Doesn't it look so gourmet? They are really so easy to make! All you do is spray a muffin tin, line them with bacon (we use turkey bacon), break up pieces of bread and put them in the bottom, crack an egg over each, add salt and pepper, and bake for 20 min at 350. You should try it, they are delish and easy peesy!

Oh I know what you mean when you get all giddy when the hubs comes home from being away for work. We get that way too at our place.. plus the fact that I can never sleep easy either. Glad he's home!
