Think it out

The latest Lonny showed off their features editor, Robert Leleux's, Manhattan apartment. Which truth be told I thoroughly enjoyed!
These different amazing homes that I see in magazines and online never cease to amaze me. Which just goes to show that I am in no way a designer. They always seem so thought out and complete. I however just fly by the seat of my pants and sadly you can tell. So the lesson I am going to learn? Come up with a complete plan for a room and then set out to accomplish it. That way I don't just go for whatever catches my eye.

What kind of decorator are you? Do you have a plan or do you just go by your feelings?

Enjoy this masterpiece of a home my Luvs!

Gorgeous! I do a little of both. I make a plan, but it's all subject to change. =)

Pretty amazing! Love the use of mainly black and white with accent colors:-)

I am caught up doing the same thing, leaping before I look. I am trying to learn to stick to a plan. My biggest hurdle is their aren't many styles I DONT like... so bringing together a cohesive look eludes me!

I want to live it that house! Super gorge! I usually see something, fall in love and buy it (hoping to make it work in our home).

Let me know how the planning out goes, maybe I'll be singing a different tune.
