Ok, here's what you need. . . A funky lamp on the left, a vintage stand up mirror on the right, and a fun stool covered in a bright colored fabric. Good luck!!

A lovely blank slate...lucky girl. I say go for some sparkly frames and maybe a mirrored tray to hold perfumes. All vintage of course. Check out my vanity area on my blog, I had so much fun with it!

Best,

It wouldn't be a vanity without a cute little mirror to vainly admire your beautiful self ;)

I love the wicker chair in that spot! Is that pillow from IKEA, I think I've been eying up something similar online?

An upholstered stool/chair and a big glamorous mirror will be great additions to your vanity! Maybe add two sconces too (one on either side of your new mirror)? Can't wait to see what you come up with!

Oh, and if one of the big black head dining chairs is now in your bedroom, does that mean you've got new head chairs?!

You have a great base already-love the table and your jewelry display! I agree with many of the other commenters-definitely a cute mirror-either one on a stand or one to lean against the wall. A pretty little tray and a few cute dishes/bowls to hold trinkets like perfume and favorite jewelry pieces. Maybe a few pretty picture frames for pics or cute etsy art. A stool or chair for in front and you are good to go! Can't wait to see what you come up with!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Yours is amazing. I love the big white empty picture frames. I may have to steal that idea.

I like the chair in the bedroom, esp. in front of the white frames!

As for the vantiy, what about a collection of black and white vases and candles? Perfect for getting cosy as fall sets in!

oooo. what color are you walls?? a light gray?? i love that color. we're looking for a nice gray to paint our kitchen

My vanity looks similar! I can't wait to see what you do with yours. And I love the way you have your jewelry displayed in the frame.

Get a stool with some chic fabric. Place a small blue vase with some white flowers and a gold or blue tray to display some perfume bottles or jewelery. A Venetian mirror over the vanity would look fab.

I love your vanity it has great legs. ;) My thoughts....
I would add a mirror on the wall and then hooks around it (on the sides) to add interest and your hats. A mirrored tray for perfumes, jewelry (placed in the center). A spot or bag for your makeup depending on how you do it.
A turquoise or orange vase with flowers to add some color. Target has some great frames with the chevron zig zig that would look cute too. Last, a chair or stool with a great patterned fabric. Good luck and I cannot wait to see what you come up with.

maybe a large big box store rectangle mirror hung behind the existing frame? layer it up?

I love that jewelry holder! Soo cute!

I'd love to see you stencil the wall behind your vanity!

For the tabletop, maybe a sweet little box or tray for holding makeup? Or cool thrift store vases for artfully displaying makeup brushes? And a mirror. Gotta see what you're doing! I would try tucking some photographs into it. :)

It looks great! I think you only need to add a fabulous chair and some accessories to pop on the tabletop and maybe a little antique self-standing mirror. Love the little desk!
